One of our standout projects was the comprehensive renovation of the lobby and entrance at 1555 Poydras. This ambitious project involved modernizing the space by installing new walls over existing granite and outfitting the building façade with a sophisticated wall panel system at its main entrance.
A highlight of this renovation was the creation of a feature wall in the lobby, designed to support a high-definition video display. Despite the challenges posed by material delivery delays due to COVID-19, and the necessity of maintaining safe means of egress for building tenants, the project was completed on time and under budget.
