This negotiated project began with the complete demolition of an entire floor in a 27-story building. The architect created a modern layout departing from traditional design. The lobby features sleek, high-end finishes warmed up with wood tones. The glass-walled offices provide plenty of natural light and direct views of the New Orleans Superdome and Central Business District. This was the second project completed with this Owner.
