Leadership Team
Mark J. Silva
Mark launched his construction career in high school, gaining practical experience in carpentry and drywall while working for a commercial general contractor. He later advanced to a project superintendent role, where he strengthened his expertise in project logistics and oversaw a range of work including new construction, historic renovations, interior buildouts, and medical laboratory construction. His leadership and technical skill earned him promotions to estimator, project manager, and ultimately company officer.
After over twenty-five years in the industry, Mark founded Pangea Construction with a commitment to high‑quality craftsmanship, reliable project execution, and outstanding client care. He remains actively involved in every project, ensuring consistent performance and building long-lasting client relationships.
Michelle’s interest in construction began in her grandfather’s workshop, where she first learned woodworking and basic building skills. She entered the industry as a project coordinator with a commercial general contractor, gaining experience across multiple types of construction. Over time, she discovered her strengths in project management and construction accounting, supported by a solid understanding of field operations.
After more than two decades working with Mark, Michelle helped establish Pangea Construction. Bringing expertise in accounting, project management, and operational leadership, she oversees daily office operations while remaining closely engaged with field activities to ensure seamless coordination and dependable client support.
